The first thing you should do is look in the FAQ to see if your question has already been answered. Failing that there is a Google Group where you can go and talk members of the community

Known Issues

• There is an issue where some OpenID registrations fail due to an OpenID timeout. This seems to be related to users disabling cookies in their browser. If anyone experiences this please contact support. Cookies are required.
